Let’s create a meaningful tattoo together :)
My interest in tattooing began in 1998 while studying for a Bachelors in Fine Arts at Massachusetts College of Art (class of 2000). Apprenticing in Cumberland, RI and then in Quincy, MA in 2003.
I have been fortunate to have worked with talented artists over the years who I will always be grateful to for their generosity.
In the Spring of 2010, I opened Art and Soul Tattoo to create a positive, safe and welcoming environment for both artists and clients alike where I work full-time by appointment.

TOBY
Toby is a tattoo artist whose artistic journey began with a college education in 2D animation and game design. He began his apprenticeship in Colorado in 2019 and officially started tattooing in 2021.
He joined Art & Soul at the end of the summer of 2024.
Drawing on his background in visual storytelling, he now channels his creativity into bold, illustrative tattoos.
He enjoys many tattooing styles, with a strong passion for color.
First come, first served for appointments.
More involved requests may require an appointment and deposit.
